Tunisia: List of Products Not Allowed to be Freely Traded

This report contains an unofficial translation of Tunisia's Decree No. 94-1742, as amended, fixing the list of products excluded from the regime of freedom of foreign trade. The primary purpose of the decree is to control the trade of subsidized products and/or products subject to internal price controls. The original decree, nor its later amendments, have been notified to the WTO.
