Food Ingredients (Fi) Europe

Launched in 1986, Food Ingredients Europe (FiE) alternates between being held in Paris, France and Frankfurt, Germany each year. It brings together the world's leading food and beverage suppliers, research and development, production and marketing specialists and showcases the most diverse range of new and innovative ingredients and services. In 2024 in Frankfurt, the USA Pavilion welcomed 32 U.S. companies. Visitors to the USA Pavilion found a wide range of innovative products from the United States, including dried fruits and nuts, flavors, concentrates, gums, miso products and sweeteners.
