Exhibitors cover many aspects of the food and hospitality industry including bakery equipment and ingredients; coffee and tea; food and drinks; organic products; foodservice equipment; hospitality interiors and hotel supplies, meat; and wine, spirits and beer. In 2021, HOFEX welcomed over 2,500 exhibitors from 57 countries and had a three-day total of over 18,000 regional visitors.
