GSM-102 Fees

Guarantee fee rates for the GSM-102 Program are available on the GSM-102 Program Fee Calculator.  Guarantee fee rates are issued in accordance with 7 C.F.R. Section 1493.110(a).  Click here to access the fee calculator.

Program participants are advised that fee rates may change at any time.  Future modifications to guarantee fee rates will be made available in the fee calculator at approximately 9:00 a.m. EST on the day new fee rates are effective.

Repayment Schedule Details:

*Maximum tenor determined on a case-by-case transaction basis*

For annual repayment terms:
9 month tenor:  full repayment at 9 months. 
12 month and 360 day tenors:  full repayment at 12 months. 
15 month tenor:  4/5 at 12 months, remaining 1/5 at 15 months. 
18 month tenor:  2/3 at 12 months, remaining 1/3 at 18 months. 

For semi-annual repayment terms:
3 month tenor:  full repayment at 3 months.
4 month tenor:  full repayment at 4 months.
6 month tenor:  full repayment at 6 months.
9 month tenor:  2/3 at 6 months, remaining 1/3 at 9 months. 
12 month and 360 day tenors:  1/2 at 6 months, remaining 1/2 at 12 months. 
15 month tenor:  2/5 at 6 months, 2/5 at 12 months, remaining 1/5 at 15 months. 
18 month tenor:  1/3 at 6 months, 1/3 at 12 months, remaining 1/3 at 18 months.
