U.S.-Ukraine Memorandum of Understanding
U.S. Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and his Ukrainian counterpart, Minister Mykola Solskyi, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to enhance coordination between between the U.S. and Ukrainian agriculture and food sectors and build a strategic partnership to address food security. The MOU entered into force on August 10, 2022.
