Remitting GSM-102 & Facility Guarantee Program Fees

Fees associated with GSM-102 registration applications must be received by the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) on the same day as receipt of the application, per 7 CFR 1493, Subpart B, 1493.110(c). CCC will not consider any application unless the full guarantee fee is paid no later than 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the same day that CCC receives the application.

Fees associated with the Facility Guarantee Program (FGP) initial and final payment guarantee applications and Letter of Interest (LOI) must be received by the Commodity Credit Corporation on the same day as receipt of the LOI or initial application, per 7 CFR 1493, Subpart C, 1493.300.  CCC will not consider any LOI or initial or final application until the proper fees are received by CCC.

Fees may be submitted via check or wire transfer. To facilitate the matching of the fee payment with the GSM and FGP application, the payer must submit the name of the applicant, the sales number, the country/region name, and – if one payment is submitted to cover multiple applications – the amount to be applied to each application.  For LOIs the payer must submit the name of the applicant and the seller’s reference number.
