- NON-LINER VESSELS 15 YEARS AND OLDER AND  PUSH-MODE ITB UNITS MUST HAVE

OR BY OTHER MEANS TO ASSURE WATER TIGHT INTEGRITY.  THE SEALING SHALL BE DONE TO THE SATISFACTION OF ATTENDING NCB SURVEYOR AS ATTESTED BY A SPECIAL SURVEY.
