Guidelines for submitting Tenders and Awards

Please send Tender and Award emails to 2-TL@fas.usda.gov  or Ophelia.Johnson@usda.gov

Font: Arial 12 pt

Prefer attachment as Notepad (under accessories) or .docx

No tabs, indents, or other commands

Everything should start on the left margin

Tenders

At the top of the tender, please put the information that  will be used for posting. Example:

[USDA Number/IFB#] [Country] [Agent] [PVO] [Program]

Awards

Please use something like below:

Commodity:
MT :
Pack Size:
Load Port:
Date at US Port:
Discharge Port:
Owner/Carrier:
Vessel/Flag:
Booked Rate/GMT: $ GMT Ocean $ / Other $
