May is World Trade Month and this is World Trade Week – a perfect opportunity to celebrate U.S. agriculture’s trade successes and highlight the importance of trade to the farm sector and to our nation as whole. Under the Biden-Harris Administration, U.S. agricultural exports have grown significantly, posting the three highest years in history in 2021-2023.

Export Sales to Mexico and Spain

Private exporters reported the following sales activity: 113,050 MT of corn for delivery to Mexico - 56,525 MT for delivery during MY 2023/2024 and 56,525 MT for delivery during MY 2024/2025 - and 110,000 MT of corn for delivery to Spain during MY 2023/2024.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Foreign Agricultural Service is accepting applications from current and potential U.S. exporters for a trade mission to Vietnam, Sept. 9-13, 2024. Participants will attend events in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, and will also have the opportunity to engage with visiting buyers from Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia and Thailand.
