Award General Terms & Conditions
Recipients and any subrecipients of USDA/FAS agreements must comply with the applicable FAS general terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions are in addition to the assurances and certifications made as part of the award, and any terms, conditions, and restrictions reflected on the official assistance award document.
The totality of any agreement between FAS and the recipient is comprised of several components, including the Notice of Award (NOA), award document, and the project narrative (FAS Project Description form or similarly named document that captures the recipient’s performance obligations). Both the NOA and the award document contain terms and conditions. The NOA contains links to the terms and conditions, which are available below:
These terms and conditions are effective to financial assistance awards/agreements and monetary amendments made on or after October 1, 2023.
