Food Aid Information System

The Food Aid Information System (FAIS) is used by the Foreign Agricultural Service to manage its food assistance programs and interact with its partner organizations

Before using the FAIS, users must create an account at https://www.fas.usda.gov/fais/webapp/ . The user will create or sign into an existing Login.gov account linked to your organization, which will be linked to the USDA e-Authentication. Users must create an account in the FAIS and associate themselves with a registered organization. If your organization is not listed, please complete the Organization Registration Form (29 KB) and email it to PPDED@usda.gov. Include "Request to Register New Organization" in the subject field.

Once your FAIS account is established, you can go directly to the online application system at https://www.fas.usda.gov/fais/webapp/.
