Food Aid Information System

The Food Aid Information System (FAIS) is used by the Foreign Agricultural Service to manage its food assistance programs and interact with its partner organizations

Before using the FAIS, users must create a USDA eAuthentication account at https://www.eauth.usda.gov, registering for level 1 access. Once the e-Authentication account is established, users must create an account in the FAIS and associate themselves with a registered organization. If your organization is not listed, please complete the

 and email it to PPDED@usda.gov. Include "Request to Register New Organization" in the subject field.
