Hong Kong: Hong Kong Approaches Mandatory Health Certification for Egg Product Imports

The Hong Kong Government is proposing imports of shell eggs and other egg product exports, including powdered and liquid eggs, be accompanied by a health certificate beginning December 5, 2015. Hong Kong is the 3rd largest market for U.S. egg product exports with a value of $52.3 million in 2014.
