Egypt: National Food Safety Authority Issues Maximum Residues for Trans Fatty Acids in Foods

On October 18, 2022, Egypt’s National Food Safety Authority (NFSA) published Decision No. 19/2022, Maximum Residues for Trans Fatty Acids in Foods in the Egyptian Chronicles with an effective date of October 19, 2022. The Arabic version is attached as translation is currently not available, however, Post will update this report with a translated version as soon as it is available
