Nicolas Rubio
Nicolas Rubio is the Director of the USDA’s Agricultural Trade Office in Sao Paulo, Brazil, overseeing programs that assist U.S. agricultural and food companies export to Brazil. Before arriving in Sao Paulo, he served as the Cooperators Program Chief for the Livestock and Seafood Products Branch, managing USDA Foreign Agricultural Service market development programs. Nicolas was also the Agricultural Attaché in Brasilia, Brazil, and in Pretoria, South Africa. Nicolas has a Master’s degree in Latin America Business Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida.
