Ukraine: MoU on Grain Exports for MY2016-17 Signed

The Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine and representatives of non-governmental organizations signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on grain exports for marketing year 2016/17. This is the fifth year that the MoU has been signed.
