Ukraine: FAIRS Export Certificate Report Annual

  |   Attaché Report (GAIN)   |   UP2022-0044

There were no new bilateral certificates negotiated during the period from the second half of 2021 through the first half of 2022. The Export Certificate Matrix was updated to include only bilaterally negotiated certificates. In 2020, Ukraine introduced generic certificates for products of animal origin and sample certificates for live animals and reproductive materials. These certificates can be endorsed by the exporting country’s authorities without additional negotiations. The Government of Ukraine also published the list of regulations referenced in the generic certificates. A list of generic and sample import certificates was generated and added to the report as an attachment.
