Morocco: Grain and Feed Update

In response to wheat prices that have surged in recent months and to build stocks, the Government of Morocco introduced a support program for the import of 2.5 million MT of common wheat. The program targets Moroccan importers looking to source wheat from, Russia, Ukraine, France, Germany, United States, and Argentina. This restitution system is valid from July 1st, 2023, until September 30th, 2023. No disruption in the wheat supply has been recorded after the earthquake in Morocco.
