On June 13, 2016 the Decree releasing the second stage of 2016 Kazakh quota was signed by the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On June 23, 2016 it was officially published. The Decree comes into force 10 calendar days after its first official publication, i.e. July 4, 2016.
