Denmark: WTO Notified of Proposal to Ban the Sale of Concentrated Pesticides and Biocides to Private Individuals

On September 14, 2020, Denmark notified the World Trade Organization of its proposal to ban the sale of concentrated pesticides and biocides to private individuals via G/TBT/N/DNK/102. The public comment period for the notification will close on October 21, 2020. Interested U.S. parties are encouraged to share their comments and/or concerns with the National Institute of Standards and Technology at ncsci@nist.gov. For potential inclusion in the U.S. official position, please send your comments by October 7, 2020.
